Group scheduling, minus the reply-all

Settle the time in one round.

Send one link. Everyone answers on their phone in a few taps, with no account and no ads. You get a ranked answer that already knows who has to be there and whether you'll have quorum.

Free forever for polls and sign-up sheets. No card.

Illustration: a phone showing a four-time poll with Yes, If need be and No buttons, in front of the organizer's grid where Wednesday the 18th is highlighted as the time six of seven people can make.

How it works

Three steps. Nobody chases anybody.

  1. Offer a few times

Pick dates and times in your zone. Mark who must attend and how many you need.

  2. Share one link

Email it, text it, or put it on your site. People answer Yes, If need be, or No.

  3. Lock it in

The best time rises to the top. Finalize and everyone gets a calendar invite.

Why switch

The usual poll tool makes your guests pay for your meeting.

Sign-up walls, ads and paywalled basics land on the people you invited, the ones doing you a favour. We moved all of that out of their way.

Who it's for

Built for groups with rules, not just calendars.

Boards and committees

Say who must attend and how many make a quorum. MeetingFlow ranks the times that actually let you meet, and tells you why a slot doesn't work.

  • Required members and quorum
  • Private results until you close
  • Retention rules and records hold
  • CSV export for the minutes

Clubs and volunteers

Sign-up sheets with spots per shift, a waitlist that fills itself when someone drops, and comments for the “I can bring chairs” replies.

Agencies

Run scheduling for every client from one login, each with its own colours, fonts and allowed sites.

Embed

Put the poll on your own site, in your own colours.

Inline, as a pop-up, or a floating button. It picks up your colour, corners and type, so it looks like part of your site.

Try a host site's look

Two lines on their site

<script src="https://meetingflow.app/embed.js" async></script>
<div data-meetingflow="a1b2c3d4e5f6"
     data-mf-primary="#1d3a6e"
     data-mf-radius="4"
     data-mf-font="serif"></div>

Only sites on your allow-list can frame it. Votes post back to the host page as events, so their analytics can count them.
